Big progress ahead for Acclaim with recent civil contractor appointment.

We’re excited to share that Acclaim is moving into its next major milestone: civil construction.

After months of planning and preparation, YourLand has recently appointed civil contractor, Bild Group, with works on our first stage set to commence shortly.

“This is a significant step forward for Acclaim,” says Penny Coia, Senior Development Manager at YourLand. “Seeing civil works kick off brings us one step closer to delivering our vision of a thriving new community for our future residents.”

Soon, we’ll officially celebrate the beginning of construction with a Sod Turning Ceremony at Acclaim in Donnybrook.

With construction soon to be underway and our community taking shape, 2026 is set to be a defining year for Acclaim.

“We’re incredibly proud of what’s been achieved so far,” says Penny. “And we’re looking forward to keeping our future residents updated as we move through each stage of development at Acclaim.”
